CytoSNP-850K v1.4 BeadChip Product Files for the iScan System

Product files include product descriptor XML, manifest file BPM, manifest file CSV, and cluster file (.egt) for use with the Infinium CytoSNP850K v1.4 BeadChip compatible with the iScan System. Available for Build 37 and 38. Database and model files include cytogenetics database file and copy number model file for use with DRAGEN Array secondary analysis software.
