Requirements & Compatibility

HiSeq Analysis Software v2.1 supports a multistep analysis workflow that is amenable to a simple command line with recommended default settings, which are specified in the sample sheet. Using HiSeq Analysis Software v2.1 to analyze HiSeq data supports the following workflows:

  • GenerateFASTQ
  • Resequencing analysis to compare the DNA sequence in the sample against the human reference genome hg19
  • Alignment analysis workflow for tumor samples
  • Optional Tumor-Normal analysis workflow for tumor samples
